Covid-19 Update

Due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we felt it necessary to reassure our customers that we are still dispatching orders as normal, whilst taking the utmost care to adhere to government guidelines to guarantee that our business operates in a safe and responsible manner.

The wellbeing and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority, and we are closely following the guidelines of the UK Government and the WHO, whilst ensuring that our orders are being dispatched efficiently. 

All staff are wearing disposable gloves to pack orders.

In between changing gloves, staff are consistently using hand sanitiser.

Each area of the building is manned by 1 staff member only, with staff working in isolation, and other members of staff working from home. 

Every area of the building including the warehouse, stock shelves, and office is cleaned and sanitised to a high level at the start, and end of every day.

Our trade counter is shut for the time being to protect the safety of our staff and clients, however you can still purchase online or over the phone.

Customer service:

All online and telephone orders are operating as normal.

Health and Safety:

Our warehouse and our office is still continuing to operate as normal, whilst we take extra precautions to ensure the safety of our staff.  We are following all of the guidelines outlined by the UK Government and the WHO, which include, but is not limited to: Frequent and thorough hand washing by all staff, regularly using hand sanitiser gel, wearing disposable gloves, cleaning and sanitising workspaces, and keeping a safe distance from each other.  We have closed our trade counter for the time being. 

Delivery:

Our deliveries are still being dispatched as normal whilst the courier services we use are operating normally.  Please be aware that although most orders are still delivered on time, some delivery services may take a bit longer than usual.  Depending on the country your order is being delivered to, some services may be subject to interruptions. 

We will update the delivery information pages on our website in the event that we receive any new information regarding delivery services.

Product Availability:

We hold a good amount of stock, so customers do not need to panic buy their supplies.
